Low-voltage scope

Sinthetix will furnish and install a comprehensive low-voltage infrastructure across the three-building CivicCenter complex. Deliverables include structured cabling, access-control integration, surveillance, and audio-visual fit-out for the primary council chamber.

4.1 Structured cabling
Cat-6A horizontal · ~14,200 LF · 312 drops across 3 floors · terminate to patch panels in MDF/IDF-A/IDF-B

4.2 Access control. 18 door controllers (HID Signo), badge-on-glass reader at main entrance, integrated with existing Lenel OnGuard. Door contacts and REX on all controlled openings.

4.3 Surveillance. 42-camera IP-based CCTV system (Axis Q3527-LVE), 30-day retention on a dedicated Milestone XProtect VMS. NVR located in the MDF.

Exception to RFP §7.2
Conduit pathway in Building C basement cannot reach 42" clearance without structural consult — we propose 32" with cable tray overhead. Pricing assumes this alternate.

4.4 AV — council chamber. Dual 98" displays, 4-camera switcher, tabletop mics at 12 positions, streaming encoder tied to city's public broadcast feed…
